A checklist for covers, steps and spa equipment
List every accessory that should leave with the tub. Covers, lifters, steps and detached equipment are easy to miss when the shell gets all the attention.
Walk around the spa
Count covers, steps, handrails, lifters, cabinet panels and loose hoses. Mark anything that belongs to a replacement tub or must remain.
Separate loose from connected equipment
A detached pump is an item; a wired heater or connected control pack may require a qualified trade before it can be handled as removal debris.
Empty personal items
Remove towels, chemicals, tools and small accessories you plan to keep. Do not place spa chemicals in a general removal pile.
Confirm the final list
Repeat the accessory list when reviewing the scope. A short written list protects both the property owner and the crew from an avoidable misunderstanding.
